Brushing your teeth sounds simple — but small habits make a big difference. Lily, our LS ToothBuddy, shows the right technique in under a minute: time, angle, pressure, and the spots people miss.
Here's What's Going On
Brush for two whole minutes, twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed.
Use a soft-bristled brush, and hold it at a slight angle towards the gum line.
Make small, gentle circles. There's no need to scrub hard, that can hurt the gums.
Don't forget the tongue and the back teeth, where food loves to hide.
Change your toothbrush every three months, or sooner if the bristles look worn.
